The owner of this property is an investor in multi-family units in Brooklyn. Their family has owned this building for 30 years and as their investment portfolio grew, one of their major challenges was how to effectively manage their properties without being on site all of the time. At Brooklyn’s Best Handyman and General Construction, we consulted with them on several options for security cameras that would improve efficiency in property management. After extensive deliberation, the client chose to implement Eufy digital cameras, both wired and wireless. These cameras were ideal because they didn’t require any recurring memberships or subscription fees, which would lower their cost of ownership. We installed the server in the basement and also placed cameras in areas far from the server, such as the roof and over doorways.
