The client had been living with a deteriorating kitchen, left neglected by the previous owners and further damaged due to a bathroom expansion. It was evident from the start that a full demolition of the existing kitchen and floor was necessary. Our highly-skilled team was able to complete the demo and haul away the waste in just 2 days.
Next, we tackled the flooring, installing new porcelain tile. This step required some additional work as we discovered structural issues with the sub-floor which needed repair. Installing cabinets from Wren kitchens was our next task, requiring some custom carpentry work due to the heavyweight material. Nevertheless, within a week, everything was in place.

The sleek black quartz countertops were then installed, along with a new window, insulated and wrapped with aluminum on the exterior. Then came the final touches – a fresh coat of paint, a new backsplash, and new molding around the floor.
