At Brooklyn’s Best Handyman and General Construction, we recently completed a carefully-detailed furniture installation and assembly project in Brooklyn. Our client lived in a compact apartment and needed efficient vertical storage for their kids’ toys, books, and art supplies. To meet these needs, they chose 4 Ikea’s Besta cabinets delivered to their home. Our team carefully assembled these units, mindful of the lathe and plaster walls of their apartment where pipes are undetectable by stud finders due to the metal mesh. Alongside constructing the cabinets, we professionally mounted them on the walls using extra supports to ensure their stability and weight capacity. For a touch of elegance, we installed under lighting and meticulously adjusted the level and alignment of their doors.
